Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall register any real right to real estate under the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.

On December 27, 2007, the Defendant registered the ownership transfer under the name of the title trustee D without registering the amount of KRW 462,00,000,000, which was purchased from B from B in the registry of the Incheon District Court on December 27, 2007.
