The Plaintiff is a company that entered into a construction contract under which the Plaintiff would receive a contract for construction of the instant redevelopment project from the 2-dong Housing Redevelopment Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Promotion Committee”) and a money loan contract for the execution of the instant redevelopment project (hereinafter “money loan contract”). around June 2006, the Plaintiff was selected as a contractor of the instant redevelopment project and the Plaintiff would receive a contract for construction of the instant redevelopment project from the 2-dong Housing Redevelopment Promotion Committee (hereinafter “Promotion Committee”).
