A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years in the Ulsan District Court for violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers, Violence, etc.) and completed the execution of the sentence on May 23, 2017.

1. On November 16, 2018, the Defendant interfered with business: (a) around 19:10, at the “C Burial” located in B, on the ground that the victim D (n, 21 years of age) who is an employee of the Defendant changed the value of plastic bags to KRW 50 won; (b) the Defendant put the victim into a fluort match even at the convenience store whether the plastic bag was the value of the plastic bag or at the convenience store; (c) the State expressed a fluort at a large interest to the extent that the plastic bag value was not received; (d) the Defendant took a brut and fluort on the floor; and (e) took a brut and fluort on the floor; (e) the customer took a bath to customers; and (e) interfered with the victim’s business operation by force for about 20 minutes, such as the Plaintiff’s flusing and driving away while taking a bath to customers.

2. Around November 16, 2018, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 19:20 on November 16, 2018, the Defendant insultd the victim publicly by stating that “The victim is the value of a bitch bitine bag, E, etc., which is a customer, on the ground that the said victim changed the value of plastic bags to KRW 50 won,” and publicly insulting the victim on the spot where two people, such as E, etc., are located.

3. On November 16, 2018, at the place indicated in paragraph (1) around 19:24, the Defendant: (a) took a bath to the said D, who is an employee; and (b) took a bath to the victim E (the victim 36 years of age) who is an employee of the victim, for the reason that the victim E (the victim) was aware of himself/herself; (c) he/she expressed that “the victim is her president or her son; (d) he/she is equal to a bit of a bitch bitch; and (e) took a bath to the victim, she spawns the victim by hand, shoots the victim’s fat with his/her hand, and takes a part of the victim’s fating alcohol once.
