Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a car at CBelgium.

On September 25, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car at a point of 229.3km in the direction of the west Highway located on the opposite side at the time of Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do on September 25, 2016, and driven the said car at a point of 229.3km in the direction of the river located on the opposite side of the west-do, along the speed of 164 km in the direction of the west-do.

At the time, the Defendant was driving on an expressway on a new wall, and thus, the Defendant had a duty of care to safely drive the motor vehicle by checking well the right and the right of the front side, not exceeding the speed limit.

그럼에도 불구하고 피고인은 이를 게을리 한 채 그곳의 제한 속도가 시속 110km 였음에도 시속 54km를 초과한 시속 164km 로 운전한 과실로 피고인의 승용차 진행방향 앞에 피해자 D(D, 40세) 이 운전하는 E 포터 화물차가 중앙 분리대를 들이받고 중앙 분리대를 향해 멈추어 있는 것을 미처 발견하지 못하고 포터 화물차의 왼쪽 옆 부분을 피고인 승용차의 앞부분으로 들이받아 그 충격으로 피해자로 하여금 화물차 운전석 밖으로 튕겨 나오게 하고, 계속하여 벨 로스터 승용차의 왼쪽 앞바퀴 위 펜더 부분과 벨 로스터 승용차 지붕에 있는 지느러미모양 안테나로 연속하여 피해자를 들이받고 피해자를 바닥에 쓰러지게 하였다.

Ultimately, the Defendant caused the victim to die due to the foregoing occupational negligence at a single-national university’s college and a university affiliated hospital’s affiliated with the university’s college’s 201 in the south-gu-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-si, on September 25, 2016.
