A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The prosecution against the violation of the Road Traffic Act among the charges of this case is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 4, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years by the Daejeon District Court for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, etc., and completed the execution of the said sentence on October 14, 2014.

Nevertheless, the defendant operated the above cargo vehicle which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the time and place mentioned in Paragraph 1.

On September 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) requested repair of the vehicle from the victim H to be in charge of the maintenance of the vehicle at the front of the G Motor Vehicle Industrial Complex located in F at Seosan-si on September 1, 2016; (b) requested repair of the vehicle to the effect that the Defendant had the key to the vehicle at the request of the victim H to be in charge of the maintenance of the vehicle; and (c) took aboard the vehicle with the auxiliary key holding the IM vehicle worth KRW 6,400,000 at the market price owned by the victim and stolen the property owned by the victim

Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving a vehicle at approximately 5 km from the front side of the G car industry company listed in paragraph (3) without obtaining a driver's license, to the front side of the G car industry company listed in paragraph (3) of this Article, from the 59-1st day of the Yolsan-si.
