Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 3, 2013, 09:25 on August 3, 2013, the Defendant driven the freight truck from the farming road located in the south-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, a male-ro, to turn to the left at the right side of male at the right-side of 1st century.
