1. As to the Plaintiff A’s KRW 2,337,360,285 and KRW 551,00,000 among them, Defendant C shall start from December 29, 2016, and KRW 385,700.

1. Basic facts

A. Status 1) Plaintiff A (hereinafter “Plaintiff A”)

As a legal organization established under the A Act (hereinafter referred to as the “A”), retirement E is a non-profit incorporated association under the supervision of its regular members and incumbent E as honorary members and under the supervision of its F institutions. The purpose of the Plaintiff A is to contribute to the peaceful unification and the protection of freedom (Article 1 of the same Act) by promoting friendship among its members and promoting mutual assistance among its members. The purpose is to achieve this objective, ① projects to promote the welfare and the protection of the early unification and the rights and interests of its members, ② projects to promote public security cooperation and support, ③ projects to promote the maintenance and strengthening of friendship with related foreign organizations, ③ projects to promote the protection and protection of free democracy, ④ projects to promote the protection of free democracy systems and the spirit of national defense, ⑤ scholarship projects for its members, ⑤ projects to promote friendship through mutual aid among its members, ⑤ projects to conduct the above projects for profit-making projects and incidental projects (Article 3-2 of the same Act), and the general meeting of Plaintiffs A (Article 5(4) of the same Act) may not be conducted in accordance with its articles of incorporation.

Pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation, matters concerning business plans, budget and settlement of accounts or acquisition and disposal of property shall be resolved (Article 23(1) of the Articles of Incorporation), matters concerning business plans, budget and settlement of accounts, matters concerning acquisition and disposal of property, operation and disposal of assets, matters concerning operation and disposal of assets, etc. (Article 30(1) of the Articles of Incorporation). The finance of the Plaintiff A Federation shall be appropriated from membership fees, government subsidies, donations, and other business earnings of its members and honorary members (Article 32 of its Articles of Incorporation). The auditors of various levels, including the Plaintiff A Federation, shall conduct an audit on the basis of the end of each fiscal year and report the audit results to the ordinary meeting (Article 45(2) of the Articles of Incorporation).
