A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a user who runs a furniture manufacturing business using 13 full-time workers under the trade name of “(D) D” in the case of Pakistan.

The Defendant, while working in the said workplace from August 16, 201 to March 15, 2014, did not pay KRW 10,884,280 in total, including the amount of KRW 1,971,00 and retirement allowances of KRW 8,913,280, as well as the amount of KRW 10,884,280 in total, within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement between the parties on the extension of the payment date between the parties concerned, and did not pay KRW 101,078,890 in total for nine workers as shown in the attached list of crimes.
