A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person shall receive, request or promise any consideration in violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, or lend any access medium used for electronic financial transactions, knowing that it is to be used for an offense;

2.
