Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months, and imprisonment with prison labor for six months.
However, from the date this judgment became final and conclusive, the defendant.

Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A operated a game hall in the name of “F” from May 2, 2016 to July 22, 2016. Defendant B received the above game hall from Defendant A around July 22, 2016 and carried out it until April 18, 2017. During the above period, Defendant A had Defendant A carry on the money exchange business in the above game room.
1. No person who intends to engage in business of exchanging, arranging exchange or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water;
Nevertheless, the Defendant directly operated the said F Game funeral from May 2, 2016 to July 22, 2016, while setting up 60 game machine such as 30 games, etc., the Defendant: (a) provided cash from customers who found there; (b) provided the game money equivalent to the amount of cash paid by them; and (c) provided the game money to make customers play the said game; and (d) provided the 10,000 points per 10,000 points acquired by customers; and (b) requested customers to exchange the said 10,000 won cash per cphone; (c) exchanged the said 10,000 won per cphone to customers on July 22, 2016; and (d) exchanged the said game room from around July 22, 2016 to April 18, 2017; and (d) deducted the said 10,000 won per cphone, upon the request of customers for money exchange.
Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in exchanging the results obtained through the use of game water as a business.
2. No one shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging exchange or re-purchase of tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game water by Defendant B;
Nevertheless, on July 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) paid KRW 60 million to the above-mentioned F Game; and (b) received from the above F Game Center from April 18, 2017, and operated until April 18, 2017; (c) installed 60 game machines, such as “space transfer” game machines; and (d) received cash from customers who found there.
