Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

On November 20, 2015, the Defendant, at around 17:35, tried to drive the said rocketing taxi on the road in front of the “D gas station” located in Suwon-si C, Suwon-si, Suwon-si.

The driver of a motor vehicle shall not intrude the central line, and when the driver intends to drive a U-turn, he has a duty of care to prevent the traffic accident by safely making a U-turn without impeding the opposite direction in the section where the U-turn is allowed.

Nevertheless, the defendant, while a yellow-line line was invadedd by the center line in an area where the center line is installed, conflict with the F&F passenger car of the victim E (57 e.g., n., the victim E (57 e., n.) who was in the direction of the center line in the direction of the center line, led to a collision between HfD car owned by the victim G (61 e.g., South) who was parked on the right side of the center line and the E-vehicle of the victim E.

Defendant 2 suffered injury, such as salt, tension, etc., in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the above victim E by negligence in the course of performing the above duties.
