A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

To order the defendant to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

On January 25, 2012, the Defendant entered the D Job Placement Office located in C, 08:0, the Defendant: (a) opened the victim E (the age of 51) from the room inside the office; (b) opened the room, pushed the victim into the room; (c) forced the victim to leave the room and panty; and (d) forced the victim to leave the bar and panty; and (c) opened the victim’s chest and panty; (d) opened the victim’s chest and panty into the part of the victim’s drinking; and (e) opened the victim’s chest and her finger into the part of the victim’s drinking; and (e) “I am hick,” and “I am hick,” and the victim attempted to rape the victim’s stroke while leaving the part of the body, but attempted to commit rape in the room controlled by the victim, but failed to do so.

Summary of Evidence

1. Statement to the effect that, on the day of the instant crime committed by the Defendant in this Court, the Defendant tried to have sexual intercourse with the victim, and the head is wrong from the victim;
