The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The Defendant is C and husband.

The defendant puts on advertisements that sell famous mercs in C, named, and online, and attempted to acquire money by means of not delivering the goods after receiving the price for the goods from the victims who applied for purchase of the goods.

The Defendant opened a D shopping mall site on the Internet at a place where the date, time, and location cannot be known, along with C and a person under whose name the name was not known, and made an advertisement on the above website to sell a number of famous mercers products, including Nos. 199, No. 2009, Mar. 1, 2006.

On November 5, 2013, the Defendant and C, and the name-dissected person stated that the victim E purchased the Nos. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S.F.

However, the defendant, C, and C did not have any intention or ability to sell the goods even if he/she receives the price because the defendant, C, and C did not have any advertising goods.

As a result, the Defendant, in collusion with C and a person in false name, deceivings the victim as such, and received KRW 425,00 from the victim as the price for the above goods on November 5, 2013, and received the total amount of KRW 11,136,170 from the above 50 victims from the above 50 victims from the above 11,136,170, such as the list of crimes in attached Form.

2. According to the evidence submitted by the Prosecutor, the Defendant was found to have withdrawn money from the Agricultural Cooperative Account in the name of “F” used for the instant crime on November 23, 2013 and around the 25th day of the same month.

However, the defendant asserts that he only withdraws the money upon the husband's request by the husband, and that he did not have conspired with C, etc. to commit fraud, and the evidence submitted by the prosecutor alone is alone.
