1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of eight months.
No. 1 through 19 of seized evidence shall be charged to the defendant.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From March 2017 to October 12, 2017, the Defendant: (a) had three casino table, 20 chairs, a refund house, a resting room, and a toilet, etc. at the office of Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 3rd floor D; (b) had five employees take charge of hole, camera (banker), labr, Internet promotion, and store management; (c) had the customers who find the above gambling place purchase the chip equivalent to cash; and (d) divided the personal card into two cards to the customers; and (d) first divided the personal card to the customers; and (e) one additional betting to the public; and (e) five copies to the public; and (e) one to the public; and (e) a person who has the highest order of priority in the personal card by combining the card with the head of five to the personal card head of five to the public; and (e) a person who has the highest order of priority in the total number of card head of five to the public.
The Defendant, as above, had the above gambling, received 1,000 won from 1,000 won to 9,000 won for each game, and opened a gambling place for profit by receiving 3,000 won per hour from all the customers who participated in the gambling.
2. From the early July 2017 to October 12, 2017, Defendant B: (a) was in charge of having a lab in the week as described in paragraph (1) D; (b) received monthly salary of KRW 1,800,000 from the customers who found the said lab while taking charge of a lab during night; and (c) divided the chips to receive cash from the customers who found the said laps, and made them laps chips lab by the method as described in paragraph (1); and (d) had the customers chips chips labed by gambling in cash.
Accordingly, the defendant aided the opening of gambling places A.
