Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person driving a C Freight Vehicle.

On September 27, 2017, while under the influence of alcohol 0.165% during blood transfusion, the Defendant driven the said cargo vehicle at a 272-round 1,000 square meters from the WT ME convenience store located in the 272-round 1,000 square meters in front of the Youngnam Logistics Center.
