Defendant

All appeals by prosecutors are dismissed.

1. The defendant asserts that the defendant's punishment (two million won of fine) of the judgment of the court below in the summary of the grounds for appeal is too unfasible, and the prosecutor is too unfased and unreasonable.

2. In full view of the Defendant’s age, occupation, and all other factors pertaining to the sentencing indicated in the record and oral argument, the Defendant’s argument in the lower judgment is without merit, since it is determined that the sentence of the lower judgment is appropriate, given that the Defendant and the Prosecutor’s argument are without merit.

3. According to the conclusion, the appeal by the defendant and the prosecutor is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.
