Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On June 6, 2015, the Defendant sent a false statement to the purport that he would pay 49,000 won to the victim and purchase 6 copies of cultural gift certificates by paying 49,000 won to the victim, by accessing the mobile web b, 205, Namyang-si, 205, to the mobile web b, and 55,000 won prepared by the victim C.

However, even if the cultural gift certificate number is dry, there was no intention or ability to pay the price to the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received six fin number fin number from the victim via the Messenger.
