A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

Around February 9, 2009, the Defendant: (a) at the office of the Republic of Korea Association of Persons of Special Military Service (hereinafter “the Association of Persons of Special Military Service”) at the time of payment of KRW 100 million to the Association of Persons of Special Military Service (hereinafter “the Association of Persons of Special Military Service”) of the Republic of Korea; and (b) at the time of payment of KRW 100 million to the Association of Persons of Special Services during Special Military Service; (c) without knowing that the Defendant borrowed KRW 100 million from a victim to the Association of Persons of Special Services during Special Military Service and received a contract from the Association of Persons of Special Services during Special Military Service to pay operating profits to the victim; and (d) even if the Defendant borrowed money from the victim, he/she thought that he/she would be 100 million won to use it as the rent of the F points operated by the Defendant, public charges, wages of employees, and wages of the Defendant, he/she would be 100 million to return it to the victim or receive profits from entrustment of services from the victim by 10.
