1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 67 million with 15% per annum from September 10, 2015 to the date of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The Plaintiff’s father C respectively lent KRW 47 million to the Defendant, and the Plaintiff lent KRW 20 million around November 2013 to the Defendant.
B. Around October 2014, the Defendant prepared and delivered to the Plaintiff and C a certificate of borrowing KRW 67 million with the borrowed amount ( KRW 47 million).
C. C transferred a loan claim of KRW 47 million to the Defendant to the Plaintiff, and notified the Defendant of the transfer of the above claim.
Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 67 million with the loan and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 10, 2015 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint.
