Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On July 12, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a real estate sales contract (hereinafter “instant sales contract”) with the Defendant, under which the Plaintiff and the Defendant sell the land of Daegu Suwon-gu C large 241 square meters and the above four-story neighborhood living facilities and detached houses on the ground (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

The contents of the instant sales contract are as follows.
