Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 2, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driving a BK5 car at BK on July 21, 2016, and changed the two-lanes into the two-lanes, where the road of the upper speed road located in the seat of Kimcheon-si, Busan (hereinafter referred to as the “Seoul Fung-si”), located in the seat of Kimcheon-si.
