1. The Defendant shall deliver the real estate listed in the separate sheet to the Plaintiff (Appointed Party), and from June 1, 2015, the amount of KRW 6,644,490 and the amount of KRW 1,00.

On October 15, 2013, when the Plaintiff (Appointed Party) and the appointed parties entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on March 6, 2014, they entered into a new contract with the Defendant on March 6, 2014, setting the deposit amount of KRW 5,00,000, and the period from March 6, 2014 to October 14, 2014; and the rent of KRW 400,000 per month; and the Defendant entered into a lease agreement with the Defendant on May 31, 2015, on the grounds that the amount of KRW 1,04,490 is unpaid until April 31, 2015.
