Details of the disposition

The Plaintiff, B, and C purchased from D, E, and F (hereinafter “D et al.”) on March 7, 2017, the first floor I (hereinafter “instant shopping mall”) of the Busan Shipping Daegu G et al., and completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant shopping mall on April 18, 2017.

On February 21, 2019, the Plaintiff filed a claim with the Defendant for the disclosure of information on the price reported by the purchaser D and two other persons on the instant commercial building and the date of reporting the actual market price (hereinafter “instant information”).

On February 27, 2019, the Defendant notified the Plaintiff of the decision that the instant information constitutes information subject to non-disclosure pursuant to Article 9(1)3, 7, and 8 of the Official Information Disclosure Act (hereinafter “Information Disclosure Act”).
