The defendant shall be innocent.

1. Summary of the facts charged

A. On April 16, 2015, the Defendant participated in a “E” assembly held by more than 10,000 members, family members, etc. of the D Group C, who were members of the D Group C in Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul, to a society from around 21:00 to around April 16, 2015.

On the same day, at around 22:05, 2,00 of the participants in the assembly as above, the number of people occupied 3,00 lanes in the two directions from the Roster to the front roads of H in the paper 2A, and the participants in the assembly were not reported. On the same day, from around 22:38 to around 6,000, the participants occupied the eight lanes prior to the above H as the operating members of the D organization, and occupied the eight lanes prior to the above H by continuing the assembly until 23:30 on the same day, and interfere with the traffic of the vehicle by occupying the two lanes prior to the end by continuing the assembly.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the above participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic by land.

B. On May 1, 2015, JJ (name D organizations, K of the Joint Operation Chairperson) decided to hold a “2015 World Workers’ Competition” at the Seoul Square in the presence of 20,000 members of the Korean Democratic Trade Union (M) on May 1, 201, under the participation of 20,000 members of the Korean Democratic Trade Union (M).
