1. The Defendants, from the Plaintiff, enter into an entrustment management agreement with the Plaintiff on April 1, 2019 regarding the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. As the provisions pertaining to statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Partial Dismissal Lawsuit were promulgated on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until May 31, 2019, and 12% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment, shall be dismissed.
