Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 23, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on the same day.
1. At around 03:00 on May 18, 2010, the Defendant: (a) opened a “F” shop operated by the victim E (54 years of age) in Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu (54 years of age) with C on May 18, 2010; (b) opened a wall electrical unit for a period of approximately one hour, in which he/she was removed from the shop; (c) opened the wall, and installed the wall, he/she reported the network at India outside the shop; and (d) the Defendant intruded into it through the Gu (40 cm, 30 cm, 40 cm, d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d., d.
Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property together with C.
2. On October 29, 2010, at around 10:15, the Defendant, along with C, reported the network before the door to the victim H’s house located in Seo-gu Daejeon apartment complex 102 Dong 902, Dong-gu, Daejeon on 2010, and at around 10:15, C paid a hole to the front door of the electric drum, which was prepared in advance, and C laid the door into the door, cut up into the door, cut off the lock device of the door, cut off the lock device on the door inside the door, and then came into two gold bars (18km, 150,000 won in total) owned by the victim in the house, and carried out two gold bars (18km, 150,000 won in total) at the market price.
