Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants
A. Special larceny Defendants, along with F, cut off the victims’ property by opening a door at the front of the White High School located in 422, Manan-gun, the Naman-gun, the Nam-gu, the Seoul Military Military Guard on March 10, 2017, which was located in the city where the victim G was established, and then driving a vehicle with the key of the vehicle inside the said vehicle at the time and driving the vehicle at the time and driving the vehicle at the seat of the vehicle, from that time to March 10, 2017, at least six times in total, as shown in the list of crimes attached hereto, from that time.
B. (1) On March 8, 2017, the Defendants continued to drive the said vehicle in shift with F, and (2) the Defendants continued to drive the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license from the JJ in the southan-gun, Military Branch of the Republic of Korea, the first 20km from the White High School located in the Southern-gun, Military Branch of the Republic of Korea to the point of the same Eup or Myeon, and without obtaining a driver’s license from around 20km to the point of the same Eup or Myeon. On March 8, 2017, the Defendants continued to drive the said vehicle in shift with F, and (2) on March 8, 2017, the Defendants continued to drive the said vehicle by shift without obtaining a driver’s license from the JA to the point of the same Gun, the first 20km road located in the Republic of Korea-U.S., Military Branch of the Republic of Korea, and without obtaining a driver’s license from the F, the Defendants and the said Defendants continued to drive the vehicle by shift.
As a result, the Defendants conspired with F to drive a motor vehicle twice without obtaining a driver's license.
2. Defendant B
A. On February 15, 2017, the Defendant, along with F, opened a door at the parking lot for the K-U.S. building in the southan-gun, Seoul-gun on February 15, 2017 where the victim L was installed, and entered a door at the market price where the victim L was not corrected, and then putting the vehicle at the time of operation with the key inside the said car, driving the vehicle, and theft it thereafter.
