1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

The Plaintiff’s assertion: (a) concluded a household supply contract with the Defendants with the introduction of A; and (b) Defendant AFF, from September 1, 2012 to February 7, 2013, to KRW 50,726,500, and Defendant AF, to Defendant AF, respectively, supplied the households equivalent to KRW 20,711,90 from January 18, 2013 to February 7, 2013 to the Cloud Co., Ltd; and (c) received KRW 20,00,000 from Defendant AFF Co., Ltd. and KRW 6,438,400 from Defendant AF, respectively.

Therefore, Defendant AF, Inc., is obligated to pay 20,000,000 won for the remainder of the goods and 6,438,400 won for the remainder of the goods.

According to the purport of each of the statements and arguments set forth in subparagraphs 1 through 4 of the judgment, the Plaintiff may recognize the fact that the Plaintiff issued part of the tax invoice to the Defendants, on September 1, 2012, to February 7, 2013, the number of households equivalent to KRW 50,726,500, and Defendant Ahyp, to the Cloud Co., Ltd., respectively, from January 18, 2013 to February 7, 2013.

However, according to the overall purport of the statements and arguments in subparagraph 1-4 of the evidence Nos. 1-1-4, the defendants paid to A a total of KRW 70,713,500 as the price of the above goods from August 23, 2012 to February 6, 2013, and the plaintiff also received part of the price of the above goods from A. The following circumstances revealed by the above facts of recognition. In other words, although the plaintiff entered into a household supply contract with the defendants, the price of the goods was paid by the defendants, and the defendants did not raise any objection to the defendants until the price of the goods is not paid by A, and the defendants are supplied by a household from A.
