1. The defendant shall deliver to the non-party Korea Land and Housing Corporation the buildings listed in the attached list.

2. The costs of the lawsuit are assessed against the defendant.

(2) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant was served with the original copy of the instant complaint, amendment, or recommendation of compromise, and only submitted a written objection as to the decision of recommendation of compromise with the formal content despite being served with the original copy of the written complaint, amendment, or recommendation of compromise, and did not thereafter submit any subsequent detailed written response and did not appear on the date for pleading, so it is deemed that all of the plaintiff's allegations were led to confession pursuant to Article 150 of the Civil Procedure Act.
