A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Any person who has violated the Automobile Management Act shall apply to competent authorities for registration of the transfer of ownership of motor vehicles;

Nevertheless, even though the Defendant acquired Cravia car from B on March 10, 2014, the Defendant did not file an application for ownership transfer registration without justifiable grounds.

2. Around 21:00 on June 21, 2015, the Defendant driven a CRavi motor vehicle at a section of about 10km without a vehicle driver’s license, from the front of the Sejong apartment road located in the 30-ro, Jinsan-gu, Jin-gu, Jin-gu, Kim Jong-si to the front of the village located in the Jin-gu, Gin-gu, Kim Jong-si.

3. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance;

Nevertheless, at around 21:00 on June 21, 2015, the Defendant operated CRavia car not covered by mandatory insurance at the place specified in Paragraph 2.
