Punishment of the crime

On January 15, 2017, at around 17:00, the Defendant embezzled, without following necessary procedures, the victim F ( South, 41 years old)’s 700,000 won of the market value of Samsung G Gallon, which was lost in Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, with the acquisition of a 5 mobile phone, and the return of the 700,000 won to the victim.
