A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From January 1, 2014 to December 31, 2014, the Defendant is a person who has been appointed as a principal from Gyeong-dong C to Gyeong-dong.

1. Around the beginning of July 2014, the Defendant altered official document: (a) issued F’s “Notice of Decision to GrantG Project Subsidies”; and (b) changed H’s content into “A” by means of copying and printing the name of “H” among the documents attached to the said official document, along with a paper printed on the Defendant’s name.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant modified the “A statement of support for individual soil improvement” under the name of “F,” a public document.

2. Around the end of July 2014, the Defendant used the altered official document by presenting the “detailed statement of support for personal soil improvement”, which is an altered official document, to the residents of the same place, at the community hall of the above C, as if it were actually issued.

3. In spite of the fact that the Defendant did not actually cultivate night trees in forest land of 19,934 square meters in Ha-dong, Ha-dong, Ha-dong, Ha-dong, Ha-dong, in order to be supplied with fertilizers without compensation, the Defendant had registered with the Ha-dong, Ha-dong Office and received fertilizers.

On January 2013, the Defendant: (a) filed an application for payment of KRW 80 fertilizer of KRW 667,530 as part of the “G business subsidy” in around August 2014, 2014, with a public official K, working at the subordinate Gun/Gu office located in the Hadong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong (hereinafter “G business subsidy”).

Accordingly, the defendant acquired the victim's property by fraud.

4. The Defendant, at the end of July 2014, damaged the victim H-owned fertilizer 85 Pool (the market price per 1 Pool is 8,370 won) that was supported by the said C and the J division of the Hadong-gun Office.
