Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 2013, the Defendant was commissioned to construct a roof trusses from D, the owner of a multi-family house of the second floor in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Young-gu, Young-si, G, and started construction work by employing work workers from May 26, 2013.

The above construction is to install a new brin roof on the rooftop of the above building, and its work is conducted on the rooftop of the above building with a height of at least seven meters.
