A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2011, the Defendant filed a loan claim lawsuit against the obligor in the Suwon District Court Branch, and won the favorable judgment on May 15, 2012, but intended to identify the location of E due to the impossibility of executing the above E’s unknown whereabouts, the Defendant forged the revised recommendation of the above court, and used the forged revised recommendation to issue the above E’s family relation certificate, etc.

1.
