Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 5, 2018, from around 01:30 on the same day to around 01:45 on the same day, the Defendant obstructed the work of the Defendant, on the grounds that the surgery of E, which is one’s own location, was erroneous before the D Hospital’s fourth floor nurse room located in the Dosan-si, in front of the D Hospital’s fourth floor, the said hospital, and the nursing worker’s victim F, G, and H, who was on duty, had been in the nursing worker duty, talked to the victims by drinking, and attempted to take care of the victims, and attempted to take advantage of the victim’s food, and from around 01:47 on the same day, from around 01 to May 5, 201, the Defendant prevented the victims from taking care of the victim from taking care of the disease at the hospital’s expense, and caused the victims to take care of the disease out of the hospital by force.

2. 공무집행 방해 피고인은 제 1 항과 같은 날 01:55 경 군산시 C에 있는 D 병원 1 층 로비에서 ‘ 환자의 보호자가 행패를 부린다’ 는 취지의 112 신고를 접수 받고 출동한 군산 경찰서 J 지구대 소속 경사 K으로부터 신분증 제시를 요구 받자, K에게 손가락질을 하며 ‘ 내가 니 애비 뻘이다, 죽여 버린다’ 라는 취지로 말하며 갑자기 오른쪽 어깨로 경사 K의 왼쪽 가슴을 1회 강하게 밀쳤다.

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported duties.
