1. Defendant B’s KRW 20,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from July 1, 2014 to April 29, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. On April 18, 1978, the land indicated in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant land”) purchased shares in 1/2 shares, respectively. Defendant C donated its shares to the Plaintiff on November 23, 2006.
B. The instant land is adjacent to the Seo-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City land and E, as indicated in the annexed cadastral map, and F (Defendant’s father) leased the instant land to G from around 2002, and G operated the Vice Minister of Motor Vehicle in the said land.
C. On February 7, 2007, KF’s heir (the Defendant and H, I, and J) on behalf of F was leased to G on February 28, 2007 at KRW 20,000, monthly rent of KRW 3,000, monthly rent of KRW 200,000 with respect to the instant portion of Defendant B among the instant land, and on February 28, 201, K leased the instant land at KRW 20,00,000 with respect to the instant amount of deposit deposit money of KRW 25,00,000, monthly rent of KRW 250,000 with respect to the instant land except Defendant B’s share.
Meanwhile, Defendant B became aware of the fact that the instant land is leased to G after the death of F, around February 201, in the process of consultation on inheritance after the death of F, and raised an objection against K who managed the said land. On March 2, 2011, K settled down the monthly rent of KRW 20,000,000, which had not been paid to Defendant B during that period.
After that, the Defendant received the monthly rent of Defendant B’s share out of the instant land from G from the date of closing the pleadings of the instant case, as KRW 500,000.

2. The parties' assertion
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion is primarily based on the Plaintiff’s assertion, and Defendant B leased the entire land of this case to G from the time when Defendant B donated 1/2 of the instant land to G and received rent therefor. The monthly rent of the instant land is approximately KRW 1,250,00, and 1.0.
