On May 10, 2018, Defendant A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of fraud, etc. at the Changwon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 18, 2018.

1. Defendant A, from July 2015 to April 2016, the Defendant became aware of B while mediating the purchase of the above D apartment from “E” to “E” in the vicinity of the D apartment building in Tong-si, Tong-si, and became a brokerage assistant, around September 2015.
On September 2015, the Defendant requested F to sell D apartment G from F to sell D apartment G, and attempted to sell H with the aim of selling it. However, as the Defendant had not been calculated, he had the intention to purchase the said apartment in the name of a third party.
On November 2015, the Defendant made a proposal to “B, 2015, the Defendant: “I want to purchase D apartment G from the two sides, but I want to purchase it with a lot of prices in the future; I cannot directly purchase it, and her husband may not purchase it with another business operator. If I borrowed the name of the same, I would like to make half of the apartment house and the marginal profits from resale that I sold within 3 months to 6 months.”

No practicing licensed real estate agent, etc. that violates the Licensed Real Estate Agents Act and the Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder's Name shall conduct direct transactions with the client or represent both parties to the transaction.
No person may register any real right to real estate under the name of the title trustee according to the title trust agreement.
As seen earlier, the Defendant concluded a title trust agreement to purchase D apartment G units under the name of F, which was requested by F to sell a sales intermediary between F and C in November 2015.
