Defendants are not guilty.

Reasons

1. The summary of the facts charged is that Defendant A is the representative director of Section B, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of filling liquefied petroleum gas containers.

Defendant

A, around July 2009, in operating Jinjin-si B Co., Ltd., violated facility standards by failing to maintain at least 24 meters from the outer surface of the filling facilities of liquefied petroleum gas to the boundary of business.

2. Determination

A. According to the records, Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) comprehensively acquired all of the charging facilities and operating rights, including the change of “prop gas manual container shock electricity” and “spact automatic shock power” located D at the time of Jinjin-si, which was received from the head of the Sinjin-gun on August 31, 1983, and changed its trade name from the Sinjin-si market on July 12, 199 to “(main)B”.
