Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2020, at around 00:02, the Defendant driven an electric kickboard, X2, in a state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 500 meters from the road near the Haaknam-si, Gyeonggi-gu, to the road near the Seoul Metropolitan City, Gangdong-gu, and driven an electric kickboard with approximately 0.091% of alcohol level.
