Reasons
1. Basic facts;
A. (1) On March 17, 1979, Nonparty E completed the registration of preservation of ownership on the F. F. 1,904 square meters on the land above the above ground (current Plaintiff’s land) on November 30, 1979, and completed the registration of preservation of ownership on the housing (the current Plaintiff’s land) (one unit of mentor brick and apap assessment house).
D. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. F. land was divided into F.8 square meters (current Plaintiff’s land) and D. D. D. 1,086 square meters (current Defendants’ land) at the time of construction of the said housing.

2. As to the principal lawsuit
A. The plaintiff's assertion (i.e., the plaintiff has the right to passage over surrounding land on the part of the defendants' land that entered public road, and the defendants currently interfere with the plaintiff's passage. Thus, the defendants are primarily attached.
