1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned are regional housing associations established to promote redevelopment projects (hereinafter “instant projects”) in the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan Government C, and the plaintiff is its members.

B. On July 19, 2017, the Plaintiff entered into a membership agreement with the Defendant for a regional housing association (hereinafter referred to as “instant agreement”) with the following terms and conditions.

(1) The criteria for qualification of the association members for joining the apartment house of Article 11 (Qualification of the association members and the general sale of the apartment house of Article 11 (A) of the Agreement on Subscription to the Association are as follows:
