Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On September 8, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the District Court of Jung-gu on November 18, 201, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 18, 2011, completed the enforcement of the sentence in the medical prison on December 13, 2011.
