Some of the facts charged were corrected.

On June 20, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents at the Busan District Court, etc. on June 28, 2012, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 28, 2012. On November 26, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Busan District Court's Dong Branch Branch, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on May 3

The Defendant, holding a vehicle BM520, is prohibited from operating a vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance, despite that it has not been operated on the road;
