A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence Nos. 6, 7, 9, 10 shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On July 24, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act at the Seoul Southern District Court (Seoul Southern District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence on January 18, 2015.

[Criminal facts] No person, other than pharmacy founders, may sell drugs or acquire them for sale.

1. On February 1, 2017, the Defendant acquired medicines for the purpose of sale: (a) purchased 1 string 500,000 won from a person without his/her name to me for sale; (b) purchased 6 string 300,000 won from a person with no name to me for sale; (c) purchased 200,000 won from a person with no name to me for sale to me for the purpose of sale; (d) purchased 1 string me for me to me for me to me to me to me to me to me to me; (e) purchased me to me to me to me to me to me to me to me to me; (e) purchased me to me to me to me to me to me to me to me; and (e) purchased me to me to me to me to me to me to me to me to me.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired drugs for the purpose of sale by a person who is not a pharmacy founder.

2. On March 27, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 13:45, at the house of Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F apartment house 102, 504, G, and received cash KRW 3.85,000 from the Medication G, and sold “Nitchart” three boxes.

In addition, from the early February 2017 to March 27, 2017, the Defendant sold 12 million won in total from the above G and H by using “the telegram” (hereinafter “the mobile gram”) to the medication operator G for five times, and selling the medication 4 boxes in the same manner. The Defendant sold the medication 12 million won in total from the above G and H in sales.

In this respect, the Defendant established a pharmacy.
