A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 15, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Drivers Violence) committed assault against the victim in operation, such as spiting the victim's head, spiting the victim's hand on the hand floor, putting the hand-on of the vehicle in operation, on the ground that the victim D (55 years of age) who is a taxi engineer, from a taxi operated on the surface of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan City, which is operated on the surface of the building B in Yeongdeungpo-gu.

2. On September 5, 2013, at around 15:20, the Defendant: (a) was arrested as a flagrant offender under suspicion of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; and (b) was requested by G to prepare a confirmation document by a police officer affiliated with the F police box, as described in paragraph (1) at the F police box located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and was arrested as a flagrant offender; and (c) was demanded by G to prepare a confirmation document; (d) was stated as “H” in the confirmation box;

Accordingly, the defendant has forged H's private signature without authority for the purpose of exercising his authority.

3. The Defendant, at the same time and place as Paragraph 2, submitted to G, who is a policeman in charge of not knowing the forgery of the signature, as if the signature of H as stated in the said certificate was genuinely formed.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised his signature of forged H.
