1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendant are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. A. The party status network C (hereinafter “the deceased”) is a deceased person who received treatment at the Central University Hospital operated by the Defendant (hereinafter “Defendant Hospital”). The Plaintiff is a deceased’s wife, and the Plaintiff B is a dependent of the deceased.

B. At around 02:30 on January 15, 2015, the Deceased applied to the emergency room of the Defendant hospital due to symptoms, such as blood pressure 157/99mHg, becambling 94mHg, becling 20 times/minmination, 36.4mp, and body temperature 36.4mp. While the Deceased complained of any inconvenience other than the above symptoms, there was no other special symptoms, the Deceased did not discover blood examination conducted after the physical examination, cambing gas analysis, plebing, and X-ray inspection special condition.

3) Accordingly, the medical personnel at Defendant Hospital provided pain treatment to the Deceased under the diagnosis that he/she is suspected of a disguised infection. At around 05:00 on the same day, he/she explained the possibility of the initial symptoms of other diseases to the Deceased, who was somewhat favorable for pain, and provided guidance to him/her to him/her so that he/she may be recovered from the hospital if pain is continued. (C) At around 14:20 on the same day, the Deceased was discharged from the hospital by going to the Defendant hospital on the same day as his/her symptoms are not revealed.

Accordingly, while the medical staff of the Defendant Hospital hospitalized the Deceased for additional tests and diagnosis, but was unable to be hospitalized due to lack of hospitalization, the Deceased visited the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital again at around 15:42 on the same day. At the time, the Deceased visited the emergency room of the Defendant Hospital at around 163/97mHg of blood pressure, 100/mination, 22/mination, and 37°C at the time.

2. The medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital conducted the blood test and the heart test on acute dystyposis diseases, taking into account the possibility that acute dystypitis or styposis heart diseases have occurred to the deceased. The medical personnel of the Defendant Hospital conducted the blood test and the heart test on acute dyspulposis diseases.
