A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

Where the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From December 07, 2015 to December 15, 2016, the Defendant was under suspension of the validity of a driver’s license, but around October 12:10, 2016, the Defendant was driving a vehicle B in the 500m section from the front day of the entrance of the village to the front day of the day-to-day narrow road located in the same area.
