피고인은 2014. 6. 3. 경 한화 손해보험 주식회사의 무배당 굿 샷 골프보험 상품에 가입하면서 알 바트로 스 비용 200만 원을 실비로 보상해 주는 특약을 포함하였고, 2017. 8. 29. 경 삼성화 재해 상보험 주식회사의 무배당 상해보험 안심 동행 상품에 가입하면서 알 바트로 스 비용 300만 원을 실비로 보상해 주는 특약을 포함하였다.

1.
