1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 49,663,083 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from June 28, 2019 to the day of full payment.

1. The reasons for the indication of the claim (including the briefs) are as shown in the annexed sheet;

2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;

3. In accordance with the enforcement of the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings amended on May 21, 2019 (Presidential Decree No. 29768), only damages for delay calculated by the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019 shall be recognized as grounds for partial dismissal of claims.
