1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 100 million to the Plaintiff the annual interest rate of 12% from September 24, 2019 to the day of full payment.

1. Comprehensively taking account of the description of Gap evidence No. 1 and the purport of the entire pleadings as to the cause of the claim, the Plaintiff would pay the loan amount of KRW 100 million from the Defendant up to December 31, 2018 until December 31, 2018.

“As a result, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from September 24, 2019 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the Defendant.

2. The defendant did not borrow KRW 100 million from the plaintiff, and the above loan certificate is written by the plaintiff's coercion and thus the defendant's defense is revoked.

However, there is no evidence or material supporting the defendant's assertion, and it is difficult to accept it.

3. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices, on the ground that the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable.
